Friends of St Thomas’ PTA
Welcome to St Thomas’ School!
St Thomas’ (Halliwell) Primary School’s Parent-Teacher Association is formed of teachers, parents/carers and friends of the school who give up their free time to help raise funds for our children. Throughout the school year we organise a variety of fund raising and social activities, which include:
- School Discos
- Bags2School
- Easter Bingo
- Summer Fair
- Cake Stalls
- Bag Packing at Asda
- Easter Raffle
- Christmas Raffle
- Bolton Hospice Fundraising
These activities have a dual purpose: to raise funds and to bring parents/carers, children and staff together in a social atmosphere. We are currently raising funds to purchase iPads which will help to enhance the provision of ICT in school. All parents/carers are welcome and encouraged to join the PTA.
